I am proud to say that I did not look at one work email or message for the last 11 days 

There were no awful surprises for me waiting for when I got back 

There has been the usual fights and arguments but nothing really impacting on me 

I read through my 458 emails. (deleted most of them if I am honest) checked the cash flow; checked the.actual.money position 

Sorted out a few things spoke to both the bosses. Moaned a bit 

And really enjoyed the leaves
