Family birthday chaos

We decided on tonight for our family birthday party….5 in Oct/Nov.    It was total chaos…but fun.   Had the UW football game on TV which they barely won.   5 different kinds of pizza for everyone’s requirements delivered early so Fiona could eat before her Dad took her to a Halloween  party.   The 2 dogs were totally wild …this place isn’t big enough and Bean can get anything off a counter.   And did.   Then Tatum’s mom had to take her to a Halloween party early so she got her cake, chocolate, first.   …she’s 20.   Then Eric (55) needed his choice , cheesecake, next.   Finally Peter (57 soon) came back and got to have his gluten free cupcakes.   Herb Anne and I had a little of each.   Kind of a movable feast!   H (83) got a playmobile golf cart!   Niklas (21) couldn’t be here but he FaceTimed from school in Portland as he was preparing to go to a Halloween party as a mobster.
Whew,  exhausting….and I didn’t manage to even get Anne’s photo.:-(  altho we had a nice talk….but there’s an extra with some of the rest…We also celebrated Anne and Eric’s 25th wedding anniversary with an old single glass and silver George Jenson candlestick which I also missed in the photos .   Oh well….. need time to recover from this…..(we need to rethink  these dogs  here.).     We are fortunate with such a fun family …they all wanted to be here and we loved it.
