The Nikah ceremony

The big day: the formal Islamic marriage between Mariyah and Sayyam.
They both seemed wonderfully relaxed during the long drawn-out proceedings - suddenly appearing older than their 19 (Mariyah) and 20 (Sayyam) years.  In the extras, Mariyah takes a peek at the hall while everything is being set up, and Sayyam gives her a gentle kiss after the ceremony (this brought a mix of whoops and gasps from the rest of us).
Sunday brings another big celebratory gathering, with time for a bit of a breather on Saturday.
