They just keep blooming

Another lovely day, we are so fortunate. In the morning we went to the community library which was very busy today because several different things were going on. There was the library which isn’t just about choosing books but also includes a small cafe area run by volunteers where book hunters can sit and socialise while they enjoy fresh coffee and home baking. In addition, the children from the village primary school (and the staff) were using the hall and its kitchen to do some baking. As well as all these goings on a number of local artists (including Nick with some woodturning and fellow blipper Treshnish) dropped in to leave examples of their work which are going to be part of an art exhibition being put on at the school tomorrow afternoon.
I spent another few enjoyable hours in the garden and was delighted to see this golden rose still producing quite a few blooms. I’m used to seeing occasional roses carrying on well into November but never as prolific as this particular bush.
