Porthleven Harbour.

We are in Porthleven today and we were meeting up with a friend but unfortunately she tested positive for Covid on Sunday.
We usually come when we are on the Lizard and have just had a light lunch in Nauti but Ice. Really good coffee and a great place to people watch.
The forecast heavy rain hasn’t materialised yet, so we may get a walk in once we go back to Mullion.
All the wet weather gear dried out last night, as we put the heating on when we got back yesterday afternoon from our very wet walk!
Looking out through the window here on to the outer harbour we watched a group of people who arrived across from here then stripped off into swimwear and one by one got into the water. Towels and long hooded cover-alls ready as they got out.
I think it must be some kind of swimming club or cold water swimmers.
Rather them than me!
There is a big swell rising and falling in the outer harbour, sending spray up into the air as it slaps the harbour walls.
Time to move as we have 3 hours on the car park and have about 30 minutes left.
