Another Monday morning walk with my friend Roger and Polly the collie. Polly didn’t stay still long enough to get a photo but this friendly robin joined our table outside the pub for coffee and seemed determined to get in the picture.

It was dry enough to cut the grass this afternoon.

No Keep Fat as it’s half term so I joined Tess and the Street Striders for a night time run this evening.
