Flooded nature reserve

The River Trent has become a massive lake near Rugeley. 

The kingfisher is having to feed in the separate pools. Even the white duck is making the effort to swim. It’s peaceful and quiet at the Wolseley Centre. 

This robin was still happy enough to perch fairly close to me and say hello.
