Making a splash

Lots of high water levels around here but thankfully they are a little lower than yesterday . I took a walk this morning to take a few shots and have gone with this van driving steadily through some of the flood waters . As you can see from the extra the river is at maximum height and coming over in places.
Back home and a snack for lunch and then a drive over to Retford to Visit Jeri and the family where we enjoyed a lovely  tea Sausage mash carrots and Yorkshire puds.
Back home now and its started to drizzle again fingers crossed its not to heavy . We are now settling down to watch England V Tonga  the 1st of 3 Rugby League matches against them we have tickets for the 3rd test . The match was on earlier but have recorded it so have avoided the result
