Restoration

Yesterday was a complete washout, poured rain all day, so I decided to try working on an old photo to restore some of its life.  This one was a real challenge.  Blurry, faded, grainy,  tiny file size, and flash washout were all difficult to work with but I'm happy with the result.  My brother Michael is flanked by our cousins, Mary and Penny.  This photo has to be at least 70 years old.  I've added another of my sister and I at her wedding at least 45 years ago in the extras.  The awful color was another kind of challenge.  Gift#293: breathing life into old photos.
