Yes I am, actually

I had a day off yesterday which was supposed to be a day of running up mountains but both myself and Ali, my Monday running buddy, were ill and could only manage to drag ourselves to town. We popped into the library and Ali chose a couple of books for me. It felt like those covid days of picking a random book bag up from the library - reading books that you wouldn’t necessarily have picked yourself but enjoy all the same.

Most of the rest of yesterday was spent on the sofa. Not the ideal way to spend a day off. Took it very easy at work today.
