How about this for a place to live?
This is the former Boulderclough United Methodist Chapel - near Halifax.
Built in 1897 in the 'Arts Craft' style it closed in 1979 and remained empty for a few years. It has undergone considerable interior remodelling and is now 3 (I think) private dwellings.
