As I pulled onto the drive after collecting Lil, the school rang to say I needed to get back as Ally had been hit and broken a tooth!

When I got there I was relieved to find it was his already broken tooth.

I was less relieved to find out he'd been fighting (although technically he was beaten up - he was pushed, so kicked back then got battered apparently).

The super dentist saw him at 4.20 and has done a rough filling around the gap but it will all need to be done again. Ideally next week but the next appointment available is 18th July.

The super news is that we are ALL now on their books and have a family check up at the end of August - a week shy of a year since we joined the waiting list. Which is nothing compared to the 4 year waiting list locally for fitting braces...
