I’m home!

We collected Amber from kennels this morning after a 6 day stay. She was being cared for, as there were uncertainties as to what we would be doing during the time and she couldn’t be home alone.

We hadn’t planned to go out later, but when saw the horrendous weather forecast for tomorrow, we swapped tomorrow’s jobs to today. 

So into town to drop off the hospital letter for the GP, couldn’t make the appointment for the stitch removal as they were closed for a training session. 

We took B’s Jaguar picture to be reframed. It fell off the wall last week and the frame is a bit wonky. We are having a problem finding someone professional to do it.  The shop want us to take the picture out of the frame, measure it, they will then make a frame the correct size and reassemble it. I don’t think so! The picture was hand painted in 1978, great sentimental value.

Then to a chemist who was doing ‘walk in’ flu jabs, to get B done.

We intermittently got a bit wet, but soon dried out.

R returned home from Riyadh this morning. We haven’t seen her yet, so do hope she isn’t working tomorrow.
