Thornbury

It has been forty years since my last visit to Thornbury in South Gloucestershire. I last visited to look at the possibility of buying new house being built. I didn't, bought one in Somerset instead which is where I met my wife. 
Thornbury has changed a lot over those years but this old Register Office remains. It is now a chip shop. I cannot understand why Christmas decorations have already been erected.
