After a slow walk round the Links this morning - my duffle coat, making its first outing, felt very heavy and slowed me down - we watched a bit more news. It's compelling. I have to force myself to switch it off.

JR took Archie out for a long walk along the canal in the afternoon, and I took a sudden notion (they're always the best) to give the grass a final cut, and then had to lie down and rest. Well, I didn't have to lie down and rest, but I did.

Another nice sunny windy day, but another Big Storm is coming!!
