Beautiful long stemmed roses that I bought last week to remember Mum.

Slept ten hours last night, dozed the afternoon away. Totally washed out, still in pain. Did the minimum necessary to get through the day. 

Thank you for all your good wishes. Last time I had to arrange emergency respite care for Dad it was so difficult and stressful that this time it’s easier just to struggle on, especially as my brother arrives Saturday evening, originally to allow me to go to France, but that trip is now in jeopardy...
