A Dartmoor Fix

Jane & I like to fit in a Dartmoor day when she's home visiting from Barbados, & today was perfect weather for a drive over the moor in the new car. We stopped in Moretonhampstead for a snack at The White Hart Hotel before continueing to Postbridge  & beyond. Plenty of walkers, a few cyclists, plenty of sheep, a few belted Galloway, but sadly only 1 coloured pony & that was in a carpark waiting for food from a  visitor. Not one Dartmoor pony to be seen anywhere. :-(
Jane flies back to Barbados on Tuesday. We'll catch up again next Spring, if family events don't bring her back before.
