Autumn Walk

This morning, B and I went for a long walk in the vineyards. It was lovely to be out in the sunshine, but for the first time in months we needed to wear jackets in the chilly air. 

The main blip shows the view from the start of the walk, near restaurant Himmelreich. In the extra we are on our way back, looking towards the restaurant, which is in one of the houses on the hill.

Our timing was good - soon after we came home, it started to rain, and the wind picked up even more.
Time to switch the heating on…
