Cumbria Heavy Horses

We've relocated for a few days, starting out early to be in Millom, Cumbria for 11:30 am.  L was booked in for a beach ride on Silecroft beach on a Clydesdale horse called Jayzee.  I went along in the hope of getting some shots of the riders and have ended up promising to share images with the other riders on the experience.

Because of the start time we had to drive along the M6 during rush hour and inevitably, progress was affected by congestion.

Afterwards we carried on to Grasmere where we are stopping for a few days, meeting up with N and H on Friday and hopefully also J and D.  The weather, while not as warm as the last few days at least has a promise of fair weather on some of the days so I'm looking forward to getting in some photography.
