River Rothay Mists

Firstly, many thanks for all of the love given to yesterday's image,

Our first full day in the Lakes.  I headed for White Moss Woods enjoying the mists that formed over Grasmere lake before sunrise.  In fact as the sun started to rise it got thicker, and started to permeate the woods, creating these scenes along the river.

After breakfast we walked across to Ambleside in wonderful, sunny autumn conditions.  We caught the bus back and spent an hour enjoying the the sun in the hotel grounds.
