Garden

Took it easy today. This morning I spent some time loafing with Edgar on the garden swing and then did some general clean up around the garden/house.
I did got up the courage to go for a cycle later in the afternoon. The doctor told me exercise was fine, but I was a little worried about getting up my heart rate after what happened. All was fine.
Mindy, Avery, and Nina all had rehearsal for the performance art project they’re participating in so it was just Ash, Noah and myself together this evening. We got some food and played board games. Good day :)
