No photo today. This is one of Mindy and I attending a late night ocean swim last summer. It was more a a mad dunk than a swim but was really fun.
Had an incident with my medication last night that landed me in the emergency room for most of the night being monitored. They released me just in time to get the kids to school.
I’ve discontinued the new anxiety meds until I talk to my GP. I’ve noticed my heart rate has been pretty high since I started them and I’ve lost a significant amount of weight. There is a serotonin toxicity issue some people get from ssri’s and I am wondering if the thyroid meds make me more susceptible to this.
We’ll see I guess. The bummer is that I felt like the new meds were generally helping to level me out and I think Mindy and the kids noticed a difference as well. Better safe than sorry, I definitely don’t want a repeat of last night. It was no fun.
