Castellers de Vilafranca de Penedes

Bb was up and out early to go and work with a colleague in a client’s office. I was up and out, not quite so early, for a coffee and toast across from the hotel on the Rambla de Sant Francesc. After a little wander, I did some follow up things for my private lesson on Friday, a little bit of marking, and finished off and submitted my assessor’s report for last week’s Oxford course. You have to wait till the course finishes and receive and approve the final recommended grades. Always good to press ‘submit’.

It’s my good friend Philippa’s birthday today and I took this pic of the castellers to send to her with my birthday love this morning. She’s part of a castellers team, herself. One extra is this morning’s view from our hotel balcony and one of me on my morning wander. Lovely view and very quiet early on. What you don’t see (or hear!) is that there are school playgrounds/sports grounds below!
