Pudding
An early start for everyone, mainly as Himself seemed to be beaten by technology and couldn't turn his alarm off at 0600 this morning.
After getting everyone out of the house I caught up and went up to London to watch Himself and No.2 run the Royal Parks Half (marathon). Both wanted to do it last year but didn't get places and it's fair to say this year they've both struggled with the enthusiasm you need to run 13(.1) miles. That and a cold (Himself) / footballing injury (No.2). Both did it (not that I thought they wouldn't) in a brilliant time in some very unexpected October conditions. I'm feeling super proud.
I also spent a few hot hours running back and forth across a number of London parks cheering them on too (definitely not dressed for running, in jeans and underwear not designed for that much activity )
After meeting No.1 at the end, and a baby wipe wash in a pub toilet (!), we all went for Sunday roast. With a Yorkshire pudding bigger than the small child sitting on the next table's head. Yum yum yum.
Home now to a bath (Himself) and early nights all round.
