Auberge espagnole

A pot luck supper followed by a ceilidh in the more traditional sense (singing, an odd turn or party piece as well as dancing) for our French visitors today.

It was a really fun evening.

Earlier in the day while  the visitors with some of the local hosts visited Blair Castle then the Explorers Garden, I went for a swim followed by coffee and chat. In the afternoon  I started my Gaelic homework and made our contribution to pot luck supper (or auberge espagnole).

My understanding of French when listening is coming back but am funding it hard to speak- in reply to "comment allez vous" I replied "tha mi gu math, tapedh leibh" !!
