Martello Volley

It was really nice to get to the beach volleyball courts after work for a run around in the sand. The sun did try to make an appearance, but wasn't too successful. It turns out that beach volleyball is much harder than the indoor game; it takes much longer to get to the ball than we're used to, but a plus side of the sand is that you can throw yourself around more. We spent most of the time practicing our volleys and digs and trying to get used to the sand, whilst watching the others have some proper games.
