Domesticated chores

It's raining. Actually, it's not just raining - it's torrential raining!!!

Today, my very lovely dog sitter, Christian, looked after me.

Ann decided that she would paint the floorboards in her living room white because after having a new kitchen, she's on a bit of an, 'everything has to be white mode'. Not sure if that's a good idea??!!

Anyway, while we were on our hols Christian did a lot of painting for us and since we came back Ann has given the floor another few coats of paint. Today Christian came first thing in the morning, Ann went to work, Christian did a final coat of paint on the floor and then I spent the rest of the day in Christian's garden. I had a lovely time.

Ann's still grumpy. See yesterday's blip!!!!

She's still got a sore back and she just wants everything in the house to be perfect - which of course it's not!!!!!!

The floor is looking fabulous - the number of 'collie dog hairs' on it, is slightly alarming!! She's threatened to swop me for a dog that doesn't moult. ................But I know she doesn't mean it .....................so I'm just having a lovely little snooze!!!!!! Slightly worried because my bum looks a bit big in this blip; but ho hum do I care?!!

Ann's got a load of ironing to do, so I'm just going to carrying on snoozing.
