My Achilles ached for the first 5 mins this morning after yesterdays run, so I went riding instead. It was such a glorious warm windy, sunny Autumn day that I just smiled the whole ride . Bobby did really well for an old man with a bit of COPD and was only tired at the end . Susan and I had a good old catch up before, during and after riding and agreed that we’d missed each others company and laughing a lot recently while I’ve been away . Good friends are one of life’s tonics
