This morning we took a short walk from our hotel to the Seine. We could see Notre Dame cathedral, heavily covered in scaffolding where it is being rebuilt after its devastating fire four and a half years ago, and which is my blip today. 
Then we had to get to Gare du Nord to catch the mid day Eurostar train to London. We were back in Winchester by 4pm ( we gained an hour) where my sister and brother in law met us. They have been house sitting for us and made us a lovely meal tonight which was a great finale to our holiday.
