Dog Walk
We've had the daughters two dogs the last two nights and she was due to collect them this afternoon after a weekend at Alton Towers, Staffordshire UK.
Slightly overcast, but a good 20C, we took the dogs to Vauxhall Playing Fields, Monmouth, about ten minutes from home. It's at least a 1.5 mile circuit and very dog friendly so the dogs are off the lead and can run about. The extra shows Mrs BB and dogs at Monmouth 'beach' just behind Monmouth Castle.
The main is one I took in black and white of a tree that is a lovely shape. It brings to mind the vandalism at Sycamore Gap on Hadrians Wall where one of the UK's most iconic trees was cut down overnight a couple of days ago. It'd be great if they catch the person/s responsible and are dealt with severely.
Getting home, the daughter and family were in our house waiting to collect the dogs. We then had about three hours cleaning velux windows (we have five) and power washing the three decking areas and garden path. It was getting dark before I finished and came in to prepare food. Another day gone so quick!
