Sore
Today was the end of the Turf round but I was too sore from my unaccustomed running over the past two days to have my normal walk out to Roslin and back. Instead, I walked up to Cornbank for the round end (at 11:00) where I found my Turf buddy Hodge. We chewed the fat for a while before I trudged back home via the woods. It was a pity, as the morning was beautiful.
There was a farewell novelty Turfing event in Edinburgh to round off the Open weekend, but I was too sore to feel like going in, so I chilled, followed the Ryder Cup and did a bit of work.
