Charcuter-ish

Salami, brie, manchego, olives, and potato chips. Wine: Echolands Les Collines Vineyard Syrah 2018.

We weren't feeling like a big dinner, so we settled on a mini charcuterie dinner. Instead of our usual crackers, we decided to have potato chips (because why not?). A nice dinner of salt, fat, and alcohol... but I did go to the gym this morning for an hour of cardio on the water rower, so I needed to make sure I balanced that out!
