Kheema Matar, and salad with mint and za'atar oregano vinaigrette. Wine: Beringer Third Century Cabernet Franc 1996.

I'm very pleased with how my vinaigrette came out (my vinaigrettes are always eyeballed and improvised). The wine is gorgeous stuff... this was our third of four bottles of this one.
