Notes: Didn't sleep great and was awake thru the night for awhile. Woke then ~730a, headache still there but not as strong. Took me a bit to get up and ready but Lizzy and I headed to Conestee Park and walked part of the trail - she seemed to love it, was nice crisp morning and not many people out yet. We were on the trail ~ 8-840a and then headed back. Lizzy rested most of rest of the day (not unusual but she was a bit more zonked after the excitement and long walk). Decided to make the keto pound cake muffins but put into a loaf pan (no muffin papers) and came out good. Talked to Mic for awhile about upcoming travel options for Ohio Christmas as well as her place for Thanksgiving. For my meal, finished the chicken meatloaf and a leftover sweet potato from the freezer with the rest of the kale salad I made up Thurs. Afternoon shower and relaxed - sunny and quite warm (all next week looks hot again). Still not sure when Kathy may be returning but could be within a week or so. Ordered Lizzy's raw lamb and will pick that up Wed or Thurs.
