Kayak Kid

After our guests arrived, and Tom made them amarguinha sours, we all went off to Mourão's beach to kayak and swim and cool off (up to 36C today). Lovely to see Eden getting used to the sand and the water, and chatting away to Mike and Zoë.

Tonight, I could almost have done a repeat of yesterday's photo, as we sat round outside, eating and chatting, by candle and fairy lights.

Gratefuls:
- Mike getting a (much needed) haircut
- the Lissers getting here safely (after getting a bit lost)
- the beauty of the sun setting over the Lake, and the full moon rising as we drove home
