Leaving Arran

The first ferry left on time with us on it and after dropping P off in Ardrossan and J in Glasgow to catch their respective trains I was back home by 10.30 with plenty of time to unpack and get to Alison’s yoga class.

A catch up afternoon, a haircut and a gentle 4k run has left me ready for an early night. The bed in Arran was Ok but the pillows were dreadful and I am anticipating an excellent sleep tonight.
