I didn't want to eat these

Honest, I didn't, but I needed a blip, (yet again)
Two visits to the doc's today. The first was prescription refill and a "chat" about things I need to change.
I was about a mile away when I got a call from the specialist he spoke to after our "chat" so I was able to go back and meet with her, our first meeting.
Within my doctors pracice/office, there is now a whole health specialist into whose hands I placed myself.after our introductory meeting.
First appointment on Tuesday to undergo a procedure that I've never had before. More details then.
