Shipping forecast

I was thinking of storm Agnes and the wind last night and hunted for this drawing.

It's been a pretty dull day here.

I used to be part of an online closed drawing group.  The group would receive daily prompts from a volunteer and we could voluntarily respond with a drawing.

The prompt for the main blip was shipping forecast.  I love listening to the shipping forecast, particularly as a lullaby.  It fascinates me.  I like the contrast between us on land listening from safety and the ships at sea for whom this is vital information.  I wanted to convey that on paper.
