Sitting pretty

The Lancaster family arrived back later than planned from their holiday in Malta visiting family. Their flight was 2 hours late and by the time they exited the airport and I drove them home, it was half past midnight.

Our grandson - approaching 7 months old now - had slept for a good chunk of the flight and was wide awake. Since they left 10 days ago he has progressed to more solid food. Broccoli, egg, garlic bread, peanut butter and milky oats with apple individually in various stages of mashedness are consumed.

He has also learned to sit up with an occasional wobble so protective hands hover around him. He kept going for another hour or so and had a slightly disturbed night.

A leisurely day before various, mainly church, emails took over.
