Lee Valley

A working day and a swimming evening.

Wonderful swim at Lee Valley White Water Centre. I’ve only been here for white water rafting before so it was my first swim and it was beautiful. Clear and fresh and the facilities are top tier.

Elbows and I had our jabs today, in preparation for next week. 3 jabs and 2 achey arms each. Hoping they’re not worse tomorrow.
