Mayburgh

M and I stopped here on our way to Pooley. We also drove by the old place which is looking so half derelict now : (  
We had a very brief look at the lake and had planned to get a coffee at the village store but it was painfully slow and we were getting anxious about catching the train so got a takeaway and sat and drank it overlooking the Eamont on the other side. I saw my brother off on the train and the rain really started to pour down so I went to look at the Libby Edmundson exhibition at Rheged before heading home and putting the washing on.
It cleared up later so I went up to High Winder and walked up onto Heughscar.
