Adele did 40 things this year to mark her 40th birthday.  This was one of the last ones on the list that she did earlier in the week.

Having now added nausea and diarrhoea to my symptoms I am thinking that what I have may be the new strain of Covid that is doing the rounds.  

Marion joined me again and managed to get herself a new PB as well as helping us set up as we were short of hands.
