Ickworth House

We are on our way to Norfolk for a family holiday, the first in fifteen years. Our children will arrive tomorrow. This will be only the second time I've been back to Norfolk since I left school here nearly fifty years ago. We broke our journey at the Ickworth estate near Bury St Edmunds in Suffolk with its Italianate palace and gardens.
