White dahlia display and newly painted windows

I thought that today I would record the full display of dahlias* that I planted in the bed outside our spare bedroom window. As a bonus, here also is the newly painted window frame.

We have enjoyed a very quiet day. Indeed, I only ventured as far as the communal bins on our street. Most of the time I was in the garden - weeding, cutting back, and sweeping. The baby frogs were much in evidence again.

This evening I will slob with Mr hazelh on the sofa.

*Plus rogue purple gladiolus.
