An evening out ….
A delightful time listening to verses, stories, anecdotes & dreams dressed up in the Ripon Poetry Festival. Michael Rosen came by. And what a privilege it was to hear, in just a few verses of poetry, words that enthral, delight, horrify, inspire, comfort, shock and enlighten, all at the same time. Such a playful linguist, such a warm human. Someone who has been through the worst and now stands tall and shouts loudly for all those who walk alongside those of us who also travel the darkest of pathways. Beautiful!
