inspiration all around us

Rag rugs with a difference.

Keith makes them on a peg loom from the selvedges of Scottish highland tweed. They are warm and chunky and every one is different, echoing gneiss rock formations with different bands of colour, both light and dark.
He calls his rugs ‘gneiss rugs’ - pronounced ‘nice rugs’ - and they are very nice. I was sorely tempted to buy one.
