Bling

One of my best running buddies, Ali, got all her Vyrnwy medals out yesterday. She’s done 5 over the past 10 years, I’ve done four. We overlapped on two years but didn’t know each other - and probably run very similar times! Sadly, she didn’t run in 2019 when the organisers seemingly lost their minds and produced this piece of bling.
