Soaked in Sanday (Day 3052)

Up and out at stupid o'clock this morning to catch the boat across to Sanday.
One of my boiler customers had a boiler fault which needed to be sorted out, and while I was there it seemed a good idea to get the boiler and their pellet fired room heater serviced.
I was finished by two-ish and spent the next four hours sitting in the van in the pouring rain waiting for the ferry home.
It seems that my beautiful wife has had a very damp day too.
