Bugrit!!

I suppose it was only a matter of time before I got infected with COVID, despite having all the jabs to date!! Not the best birthday present!

I felt odd yesterday…with a horrid runny nose and today I feel as though I have been run over by a bus….every joint aches and my head feels like it is going to explode!! Paracetamol does not seem to be helping..

I did go out for a walk this morning - fortunately I didn’t stop to chat to anyone. It was only this afternoon that it occurred to me to do a test…I just assumed it was a cold!

Anyway, I did see a Red Admiral butterfly (well several actually). Added it as an extra today.
