Fresh Ayr

Oh dear. Why oh why drink white wine although as KV pointed out it might have had something to with quantity rather than drink choice. I'm not so sure.

Getting to yoga was fine but making it through the class was hard, hard work. Being able to survive that made the rest of the day easy. Bright sunshine and an escape to the coast via a trip to pick up some plant.

I loved the contrast of the colours in the bring sunshine.
